Originally from China, she holds both a Master of Engineering and an MBA and previously worked with multinational companies in Shanghai, Singapore, and Taiwan in project management, marketing, sales, and business development. After immigrating to the United States in 2002, Grace lived in New Jersey, Indiana, Colorado, and California, gaining a broad understanding of different communities and housing markets. Inspired by her success in real estate investing and her passion for home design, she became a full-time Realtor in the San Francisco Bay Area in 2017. Today, Grace specializes in helping buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the East Bay, Tri-Valley, and Lamorinda areas. Her strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective negotiation strategies help clients make informed decisions and achieve their real estate goals.
